Rent a house in Atenas, Costa Rica

A brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a pool and a beautiful valley view in Atenas. Fully furnished, high-speed wireless internet. Security alarm. Secure carport. Very private.

30 minutes to the airport, 1 hour to the beach.

The House:
This 3000 sq-ft-plus house was just finished in March 2007. The large pool overlooks a panoramic view of the valley. The cathedral ceiling and all the wood furnishings were made by hand from environmentally-friendly farmed laurel. The entire house is beautifully tiled.

A separate sitting area in addition to the living room area comfy recliner means plenty of room for guests or relaxing.

The master bedroom overlooks the pool and has great valley views - even from bed! There 's a large walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors open out directly to the pool. The master bath has a large, tiled walk-in shower and a vanity. Two other bedrooms share a bathroom, also with a large walk-in shower.

There is high-speed (DSL) internet to the house and we already have a wireless station hooked up for you. There's a desk area, or bring your laptop and check email by the pool!

For the more adventurous, a path down the hill leads to a beautiful waterfall.

Bath towels and bed linens provided. Both bathrooms are completely tiled and have hot water. Secure carport. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, TV with DirectTV satellite. Keep scrolling for more pictures!

The neighborhood:
We are located in a small gated community. A couple of restaurants and convenience stores are just down the street, downtown Atenas is approximately 1 mile or a 20-minute walk away.
